Scale, Precision, and the View

Set within the Yellowstone Club, YC 724 is an 11,500-square-foot custom residence conceived for the way a family actually lives at altitude — generous spaces for gathering, quiet corners for retreat, and a constant, framed conversation with the mountains beyond.

Nicholas Modroo led the project as designer and project manager, carrying it from the first concept sketch through construction administration. At this scale, coordination is everything: aligning architect, engineers, builder, and interior designer so that a home of real complexity reads as effortless and whole.

The result is mountain modern at its most composed — clean volumes grounded in stone and timber, expansive glass that dissolves into the landscape, and a level of detail that holds up to the closest look. Precisely imagined, and precisely built.
